• Leave maximum space for posting sticky notes.
• Position where team can easily post ideas.

• Draw grid creating four equal sections.
• Label quadrants: • Act-Now • Pull-In • Push-Up • Push-Up/Pull-In.

Idea Prioritizer (4-quadrant layout)

• Draw grid creating four equal sections.
• Label quadrants: • Foothills • Flatlands • Mountains • Gullies.

3Ws Action Plan (3-column layout)

• Draw three columns creating two-fourths space for “What” and one-fourth for “Who” and one-fourth for “When”.
