1. Team Mission and Readiness
- Mission statement finalized.
- Team members identified.
- Completion date set.
- Any needed approvals secured.
2. Team Recruited, Confirmed and Invited
- Share mission statement.
- Ask members to bring ideas.
- Set clear 90-minute time expectation.
3. Meeting Logistics (Essential)
- Room with adequate wall space.
- Materials gathered: Sticky notes (one pack per team member) / Sharpie pens (one per team member plus extras) / Flipchart pad (adhesive-backed is best).
- Date and time confirmed with all members.
