- For each Foothill idea, we need to determine:
- ‒What’s the first action needed?
- ‒Who will champion it?
- ‒When can we expect results?
- Champion ideas that:
- ‒Interest you
- ‒Match your knowledge
- ‒Fit your available time
- (Start with the top priority idea and document the assignment on the 3Ws chart and continue until all Act-Now Ideas are assigned or team capacity for assignments is reached.)
- Let’s agree on when we will meet again review progress …
- At that meeting, each champion will be responsible for reporting on their idea’s status.
