- For each idea, we’ll test:
- ‒Mission impact: Will the idea produce a big or small gain?
- ‒Timeline: Can we act within 60-90 days?
- Place ideas based on answers:
- ‒If Yes to both = Foothills
- ‒Big gain, slow action = Mountains
- ‒Small gain, quick action = Flatlands
- ‒Small gain, slow action = Gullies
