- For each idea, we’ll ask:
- Do we have the capability?
- Do we have the authority?
- We will move ideas, if necessary, based on our answers:
- No capability = Pull-In
- No authority = Push-Up
- Neither = Push-Up/Pull-In
- One-minute maximum discussion per idea.
- We’ll set aside any ideas we can’t quickly agree on.
- I’ll start with the first Act-Now idea. (Begin review process …)
