- Set timer for 10 minutes.

- Here’s how we’ll capture everyone’s ideas.
- (Ask team members to take turns reading each numbered instruction.)
- Key points to note: One idea per sticky note, use only the sharpie provided, write clearly, use action language.
- We want every idea visible and equal at the start.

- As you write ideas, post them randomly on the board.
