[Before Speaking]
- Be sure Success Rules slide is on screen.
[To Read Aloud]
- Successful teams stick to these five common sense, but not always commonly practiced, behaviors.
- (Ask team members to take turns reading each rule to increase retention.)
- If these ground rules aren’t being followed, anyone can call a “Time Out.”
- During a Time Out, we’ll either resolve the issue quickly or add it to our Parking Lot.
- When calling Time Out, share your concern without blame, then we’ll agree how to get back on track.
- Are we ready to commit to these Success Rules?
- (Get visible agreement from all participants.)
