[Before Speaking]
- Have Liftoff Meeting Roadmap slide displayed.
- Be sure everyone can see the slide.
[To Read Aloud]
- This meeting is designed to help us share all our ideas for accomplishing the mission and then efficiently organize and prioritize them for action.
- Most important, as noted in step six, we want to leave this meeting with each of us signed up for taking on at least one assignment to move our best ideas into action quickly.
- We can get there in the time we have by following this Ideas-to-Action Process that has proven successful with thousands of teams.
- You will notice the Time Clock on the top right corner of the slide. This is our benchmark for staying on time.
- To keep us on time, we will post any questions requiring additional research or input to our Parking Lot.
- Are there any questions about our meeting plan?
- (Address brief clarifying questions; move detailed discussions to Parking Lot.)
